    Terms and Conditions

    1. Purpose

    These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationships between IMANEA Conciergerie and its clients for luxury concierge and private chauffeur services.

    2. Services offered

    IMANEA Conciergerie offers the following services:

    • Private chauffeur service (transfers and hourly hire)
    • VIP airport welcome
    • Custom concierge services
    • Tourist guide service

    3. Booking and payment

    3.1 Booking: Bookings can be made via our website, by phone or by email. Any booking is considered firm and final after confirmation by IMANEA Conciergerie.

    3.2 Payment: Full payment is required at booking to confirm the service. Payments are secured via Stripe. For certain services (custom concierge, long-distance minibus trips), a personalized quote will be provided.

    3.3 Prices: Prices are shown in euros including VAT. They include the service but may exclude certain additional fees (tolls, parking, etc.) which will be charged separately if applicable.

    4. Cancellation and modification

    4.1 By the client:

    • Cancellation more than 48h before: full refund
    • Cancellation between 24h and 48h before: 50% refund
    • Cancellation less than 24h before: no refund

    4.2 By IMANEA Conciergerie: In case of force majeure or inability to perform the service, IMANEA Conciergerie commits to offering an alternative or providing a full refund.

    5. Service execution

    IMANEA Conciergerie commits to providing quality services in accordance with high-end service standards. Our chauffeurs are professional, punctual and discreet. Vehicles are well-maintained and match the booked categories.

    In case of delay attributable to the client (delayed flight, etc.), free waiting time is included (up to 60 minutes for airport transfers). Beyond that, additional fees may apply.

    6. Liability

    IMANEA Conciergerie is insured for passenger transport. Our liability cannot be engaged for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, accidents, exceptional traffic, etc.).

    7. Complaints

    Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@imanea-concierge.com within 7 days of the service. IMANEA Conciergerie commits to responding as soon as possible.

    8. Data protection

    Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

    9. Applicable law and disputes

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the Paris courts will have jurisdiction.
